We’re a small team that takes the work seriously — clear policies, lab-backed product information, real customer support — and we’re always interested in talking to people who think the same way about retail done properly.
How we hire
We don’t run mass recruitment campaigns. Most positions are filled through targeted outreach when the team needs to grow. If a role is genuinely open, it appears on this page with a description, a salary or rate range, and an application route. We do not advertise positions on third-party job boards, so the official source for openings is here.

Areas we typically hire in
When we do open recruitment, it usually falls into one of these areas:
- Customer support specialists — written customer service across order issues, lab certificate requests, returns, and trade enquiries. Strong written English, attention to detail, and patience for repetitive queries are the core skills.
- Fulfilment and dispatch — UK warehouse operations, packing, dispatch, and inventory tracking. Familiarity with WooCommerce or similar platforms is a plus.
- Content and editorial — product descriptions, category guides, and educational articles. Writers with cannabis-product knowledge or strong research skills in regulated retail categories.
- Trade and wholesale — business-to-business account management, wholesale onboarding, and retail partner support.
- Compliance and lab liaison — managing third-party lab relationships, batch testing schedules, and Certificate of Analysis archives.

What we look for
- Discretion. We work in a regulated category that requires careful framing in customer-facing communication.
- Written precision. Most internal and external work happens in writing. Clear, accurate prose is a baseline expectation.
- Comfort with regulated retail. If the idea of working in a category that sits within the UK Misuse of Drugs framework feels uncomfortable to you, this isn’t the right fit.
- Right to work in the UK. All positions require existing right to work — we are not currently in a position to sponsor visas.
